As we enter the home stretch, the 4th quarter, we're projecting a comparable year-over-year finish between 2021 to 2022.
Last month I networked in Austin, TX, with top-performing luxury real estate professionals from all over North America, comparing our current experiences and expectations. There was a consensus amongst the 800+ attendees. For a buyer, more options at reasonable prices will be available. For the seller, it means that accurately assessing the value of your real estate and what it will realistically yield is easily predicted. Over the next year, we'll see a return to "normalcy" in the real estate climate.
Markets change, but our world-renowned beaches, historical roots, and the Southern hospitality surrounding our slice of paradise will remain.
