An idealic road that runs parallel with the intracoastal waterway.
At the North end of Wilmington is Bald Eagle Lane, an idealic road that runs parallel with the intracoastal waterway. The elevations are very high and overlook not only the intracoastal waterway, but barrier islands of Figure Eight and Lea island and over to the Atlantic Ocean. The view is stunning and the homes in the area are becoming so as well. There are a lot of older existing homes being torn down and replaced with beautiful modern homes with docks, bulkheads pools and gardens.
The Ogden area, which Bald Eagle Lane is a part of, is booming with new shops and gourmet restaurants popping up annually. In addition, Eagle Point Golf Club is there – which host many celebrity members and most notably the Wells Fargo Golf Tournament in 2018.
